Super fast delivery! The luggage seems sturdy and well-made, but I haven't had the chance to use it yet. Just wish it was a tad lighter when it's empty!

The delivery was super speedy - the suitcases we ordered showed up in less than a week. We snagged them during a sale - really good price compared to other sites. The only hiccup was that they sent us the wrong color for one of the bags (we had picked the Ultra Marine Eastpak Traverz, but they sent it in black instead). Since it was a pretty big item to send back, we decided not to exchange it, but it would’ve been nice to get the right color.

Steer clear of these sellers. Instead of the Samsonite case I ordered, they sent me a pasta maker. I spent 20 minutes on the phone on a Friday night, trying to get someone to answer (probably a mistake on their part). A guy named Marc made a bunch of promises, saying I’d hear back the next day at 10am, but that never happened. Then, he called me back on Saturday around lunchtime, blaming the courier for the mix-up. He assured me I’d get a new case first thing Monday morning. All of that turned out to be nonsense. On Monday, a woman named Emma offered me a refund, admitting they hadn’t contacted the courier and had no plans to send a replacement, if you ask me. I agreed to the refund, but that was 8 days ago, and I still haven’t heard a peep or received my money back. I’ve opened a case through PayPal, but no response there either. Can you believe it? I needed that case urgently. I ended up buying from the Samsonite store on Amazon instead. They say it’ll take a week to arrive, but at least I’m pretty sure I’ll actually get what I ordered!
